History

VisionWorks International was founded by visionary people; each with over twenty five years experience in the business of communications, leadership skills, and human development training. It grew from the original vision of Rising Star Communications, but at this point the “Star” has risen and given birth to bigger “Vision” at “Work”, VisionWorks International. VisionWorks provides training on an individual and business level, to promote accountability, teamwork, feedback/coaching, and win/win relationships. Individuals who complete the training learn to be responsible for transformation in their own lives. VisionWorks International facilitates transformation through auditory, visual, intuitive, and kinesthetic learning. By touching all bases of learning and through experiential processes, individuals evaluate how they can be effective in their lives, creating positive and desired results, rather than living in effect of “what life hands them.” These skills benefit all people in a student’s life, from family members to co-workers, and on a broader scale, the community.

VisionWorks International offers a variety of business, organizational and individual trainings to enhance leadership, teambuilding and results. For individuals, VisionWorks International offers a three-level program. Following completion of the three-level mainframe program, various other mastery-training programs are available, including relationships, causing results, graduate intensive, master your vision, couples seminars and family trainings.
